If you already have Pocket PC phone (to the left) or iPAQ, then on below picture you can see Orange SPV cellphone in the middle:

In all respects it looks smaller than both Pocket PC devices, but if you add attachable camera:

... in comparison to the Pocket PC devices, and if you take a look at the same gadgets from the rear view:

... then you cannot fail to notice that all 3 have one thing in common, namely "Microsoft Windows Powered" logo, that you can see here on the cap:

Now, letīs put on the table Pocket PC phone, then the Orange SPV on it, and then a regular iPAQ on the Orange SPV:

... whre we can observe that the Orange SPV looks a bit thick (fat) compared to Pocket PC devices.
Now, letīs turn our attention to accessories. The Orange SPV cellphone is a GSM
tri-band phone, and it means that it works also in USA. In the package there is
a power supply that thanks to exchangable parts is able to work both in Europe
and in USA:

The truth is that many people buy such cellphones like Orange SPV just for the sake of listening to the music on the go! Stereo headset is included in the package:

... and it consists as you can see also of microphone with touch to speak button, and also small volume controller (max/min).
On the other hand, if you would like to connect the SPV phone not to yourself, but to the computer then this USB cradle can help you:

... but you can connnect the SPV phone to your computer also in another way: by infrared port.

To give some verdict is possible only if you use given cellphone for several months, and Orange SPV is a new phone with new software, in fact it is the first commercially available "one-handed, without touch screen" cellphone powered by Microsoft Windows. Pros:
you can connect this phone through the USB cardle or through the infrared port to the Internet-connected PC and you can browse Internet on your cellphone through fixed line connection! (thanks to "Internet pass through" feature of ActiveSync software)
SDIO slot - you can put there not only memory cards (SD and MMC) but also input and output cards like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.
camera - hey! it comes for free in the package! the picture size is 640x480 pixels and quality is not the best in the wolrd, but if you need to exchange MMS messages with friends it will do
incremental over the air updates technology - so your phone can be updated without the need for you to go anywhere! You donīt have to worry that your phone will stay with bugs/problems for ever - next updated can fix just this what annoys you the most!
stereo headset included - you can listen to MP3 music and be sure that you donīt miss a call.
Cons:
not quite mature software - there are some problems and difficulties, that make usage of the phone sometimes annoying (but incremental over the air updates should resolve it - in near future)
the phone is a bit too thick
SD card of size only 8 MB included in the package! and we thought that 64 MB is outdated already...
not much software because of "signing and certification" problems - in other words: no freeware coming because everybody needs to pay minimum 600 USD for certification/signing; otherwise software is not running in the phone at all
during listening to the music, when phone call is incoming and we end phone call after talking, the music is not resuming
sensitivity to radio signals (GSM/GPRS) is a bit not satisfactory (weaker than other cell phones)
no camera program (you need to bring up MMS application to take pictures) - but picture and video taking programs have been announced already
no possibility to add attachments to e-mails
no copy and paste among applications
